This is just a FYI about a problem I had and solved ( thanks Ben!).
Firefox 36.0.1 would not allow a https:// connection to the Crush FTP 7 server and show a "malformed Server Key Exchange handshake" error. Yet Chrome and Safari worked fine.
Using "WireShark" I was able to see that Chrome simply ignored the problem, whereas FF is just more 'strict' now ( older FF's would work)
The problem turned out to be Java versions. I was running CrushFTP 7 on Centos 5.11 , using Java 1.6. Based on Ben's suggestion, I found that upgrading Java to 1.8 solved the problem.
