We are required to provide a "use agreement"

Hi,
We are required to provide a "use agreement" before anyone can access files on our site.
I have try to play with custom form, and it doesn't work.
I'm an IT manager and not a web admin
Is there any guide / explanation how to do it or maybe templates?

Thanks in Advanced

You configure a form in the prefs, WebInterface, custom forms.  Don't get crazy with pretty formatted text, etc for a user agreement...it won't fit well.  But a summary, and a HTML link to another document is the general best practice.

Then in the User Manager, on the default user, WebInterface section, custom forms, assign that as the welcome form, and always show it.

Thanks,
Ben
