Missing Alert Type - User Exceeded Download Transfer Amount per Month

quebecman @ Fri Feb 06 15:37:04 EET 2015
Hello,

When adding an Alerts Type, under the Prefs, User Exceeded Download Transfer Amount per Month is missing. Is this normal?

Same for " User Exceeded Upload Transfer Amount per Month "

Thanx. Regards.

Hi, Quebecman.

Thank you for the observation, we have already fixed the issue.
You need to update your CrushFTP 7 to 7.2.0_145 and you should have the missing alerts added as well.

To update go to Admin>>ServerAdmin>>About tab click on the UpdateNow button.

Thanks,
Arpad.

Hello,

No problem. Hmmmmm... I was just wondering, when does ALERTS occurs? Do you need to run any TASK of any sort?

Thanx. Regards.

You can assign task to it, or you can just simply have it to email.

It's up to your needs and choices.

Thanks,
Arpad.

Hello Arpad,

Hmmmmm... Are the ALERTS real-time? As per example, when the users reaches lets say 10 gigs and the max was 10 gigs, will he receive RIGHT AWAY an email?

BTW, are the ALERTS only in the ENTEPRISE version?

Thanx. Regards.

Yes, the alerts should be sent immediately, and they can be found on every CrushFTP version at the Admin>>Preferences>>Alerts tab.

Let us know.

Thanks,
Arpad.

Hello,

I have attached a snapshot.  Can the email be sent directly to the USER? See attached picture.

Thanx. Regards.
