Pressing "Authenticate for OSX" button crashes CrushFTP

dantaco @ Sat Jan 03 17:15:58 EET 2015
Mac OS X 10.10.1
Java 8 Update 25

I cannot click "Authenticate for OS X" to use ports below 1024. Every-time I click the button, an authentication dialogue appears but the CrushFTP application closes at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Dan

There might be a bug where we are expecting the Java 6 to be installed "java" on the command line as well as the Internet plugin for Java 8 which is what it was launched with.

However, if you just install the daemon, then there isn't an issue. I'll let you know what I figure out.

Thanks,
Ben

I just checked how things work, and we are always executing CrushFTP7.app/Contents/MacOS/CrushFTP.command

That tried to use the java8 in your plugins.

So the auth button should really be working...

Is CrushFTP in your applications folder? With the name "CrushFTP7_OSX"?

No spaces in its folder path?

Thanks,
Ben
