I have a number of users set up who are outside our organization. I would like to enable the CrushLDAPGroup to allow our staff access to the site, but want to retain existing logins for non-staff members.
Will turning on this plugin disable existing CrushFTP users and require all access be authenticated through the authentication server? Worse, will it delete our existing accounts?
What happens if a user already exists in CrushFTP and is also in our LDAP Server? Which credentials are checked first if a username is in both locations?
Does this plugin create a group and/or user in the User Manager? If so, I see two types of groups: One at the top called "MainGroup" and other groups within the list of users. What "level" is this group? If at the top, can I have MainGroup and LDAPGroup enabled at the same time, or is it one or the other?
