java.lang.NumberFormatException pseudo-error?

At least it APPEARS to be a pseudo-error.
Running CrushFTP Server 4.9.10_91 at work, logging on with no error, but receive this error in the log while trying to upload a file:
(account home folder is /home/ftpusers/MSI, uploading in binary mode)

08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |[FTP:27932:xxxXXX:] READ : *STOR 1099.pgp*
08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |[FTP:27932:xxxXXX:] WROTE: *150 Opening BINARY mode data connection. Ready to write file 1099.pgp.("/MSI/1099.pgp") S T O R*
08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |Error with files (path):/MSI/
08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |Error with files (name):1099.pgp
08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |[FTP:27932:xxxXXX:] WROTE: *550 ("/MSI/1099.pgp") STOR: For input string: ""*
08/14/2014 10:49:28 AM |Error:java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

The error prevents the "Transfer Complete" message we're testing for on the client side, yet the file is uploaded correctly and completely. This error message is new within the last week, and we haven't altered our system at all. Can anyone offer a clue as to the meaning of this error, and (hopefully) how to resolve it?

Would need to know more after that error...

Or set the prefs, plugin, DebugOptions plugin to level 2 and repeat to get more details.

But need to be using v7. We aren't support v4 anymore...its 7 years old now after all...
