How to have Folder Monitor delete old files from time UPLOADED to crush?

Hello,

I want to be able to manage the disk space on the FTP site by deleting any files that have been on the FTP server over 30 days. I followed the instructions for Folder Monitor http://www.crushftp.com/crush6wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Folder%20Monitor

But what I have found is that it uses the 'date modified' status to delete files. So a user will upload to crush an old file with a date modified from a few months back and it immediately gets deleted because of its 'date modified' variable. I want files to be deleted 30 days from when it was UPLOADED to crush.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

To fix this, don't allow users to set a modified date on the files...its the only date CrushFTP can see.

Go to your prefs, misc, and turn off the allow MDTM command.

Thanks,
Ben
