set web_link variable

 Hi,

we have problem. When we send the automated shared account emails, it will always take the url you're currently using in your webbrowser.

For example i'm logged in from my local network with ip 10.10.10.10, the automated web_link url will look something like this: https://10.10.10.10/?u="usermame"="password&path=/"some path".

If i send this to an external partner, he can't use this.

I can't login with our external URL or dnsname, since we have dmz-restrictions.

How can i set, change or work with a web_link variable, that points to an URL of my choise?

Thanks and best regards

Markus

In the User Manager, WebInterface section, customizations list, find the share body items.  Filter on body.

Use a body something like this:

A user is sharing a new file with you:

http://domain.com/{web_link_end}

Thanks,

Ben
